If you join our early-access list: your email address, a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, its version and the time), and whether you have confirmed your address.

To prevent abuse of the signup form: a one-way, scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and email address. We use it only to limit repeated attempts and delete it within 24 hours.

When you visit the site: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

We don’t set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t use third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, we’ll update this notice first.

• To send a confirmation email so we know the address is yours.
• To send launch news and early-access updates you asked for.
• To keep the site and signup form secure and working.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information.

We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:

• Vercel, to host the website.
• Supabase, to store the early-access list.
• Resend, to deliver our emails.

These providers may process information in the United States.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Signups that are never confirmed are removed periodically.

Every marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also email drivetheamericanwest@gmail.com at any time to unsubscribe, or to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
